Who it fits
Good fit for
This chair suits users who spend long hours sitting and value physical support. The retractable footrest is ideal for those who take breaks to nap or watch media. The metal frame appeals to anyone needing a sturdy base that resists wear. If you want a versatile piece that works for work, study, and gaming, this spec set offers practical comfort. The adjustable headrest and massage pillow address common soreness from prolonged sitting.
Who should skip it
Look elsewhere if you need a chair that adapts to different body heights. The data lists only one height option of 50.5 inches, which may not fit shorter or taller users well. If you prefer a seat without a footrest, this model includes one that extends from the base. You might also skip this if you want a mesh back for breathability, as this chair uses PU leather upholstery. Check the dimensions carefully against your space.
Verdict: The ECOTOUGE PTG6090 offers solid metal construction and practical relaxation features for long sitting sessions. It is a good fit for users who need a footrest and massage support in a single unit.

Lumbar Support: Massage lumbar pillow
This chair includes a lumbar pillow with massage functions to target waist fatigue. You can use this feature during long work or gaming sessions to ease soreness. The massage action helps maintain proper spine alignment. If you sit for many hours, this support reduces strain on your lower back compared to standard static pillows.
Headrest Type: Adjustable
The headrest allows you to change its position to fit your neck and head shape. This adjustability ensures you get proper support regardless of your height. You can move it up or down to find the right spot. This feature is essential for users who need customized comfort during extended periods of sitting at a desk.
Upholstery Material: PU leather
The chair is covered in PU leather, which is an easy-to-clean synthetic material. You can wipe it down with a soft cloth to remove dust or spills. This material resists wear better than fabric in high-use areas. It provides a smooth surface that is practical for daily use in home offices or gaming setups.
Features: Footrest
A retractable footrest is built into the chair base. You can extend it to support your legs when leaning back fully. This feature allows for total relaxation, making it suitable for naps or watching shows. It helps reduce leg fatigue after long sitting periods, offering a comfort level that standard office chairs typically do not provide.
Weight: 35.2 pounds
The chair weighs 35.2 pounds, indicating a sturdy build. This weight suggests the use of heavy-duty materials like metal frames for stability. A heavier chair is less likely to tip or wobble during active use. You can expect this mass to provide a solid foundation that resists rust and breakage over time compared to lighter plastic alternatives.
Design and Build Details
The listing describes a black seat built with a heavy-duty metal frame and legs. This construction aims to resist rust, breakage, and temperature changes. You get a solid base that supports active use without wobbling. The upholstery is PU leather, which covers both the seat and the retractable footrest. This material is easy to clean with a soft cloth, helping you maintain the finish after long sessions.

These measurements define the footprint you need in your room. The 360-degree rolling casters allow smooth movement across carpets or hard floors, letting you glide between your desk and entertainment area with ease.
Layout features include an adjustable headrest and a massage lumbar pillow. The footrest extends from the base to support your legs when you recline. According to the listing, these elements work together to target neck and waist fatigue. The design supports various daily scenarios, from gaming marathons to casual relaxation. You can adjust the headrest to keep your spine aligned during extended periods of sitting.
Setup and Daily Use Guide
Assembly is straightforward because the manufacturer marks every part with a specific letter or number. The instruction manual clearly indicates which components belong together. You simply follow the printed steps to connect the metal frame, legs, and upholstery. This system ensures you do not guess where pieces fit. The process is designed to take minimal time, allowing you to start using the chair quickly without complex tools or confusion.
Once assembled, the chair measures 31.5 inches in length, 24.8 inches in width, and 45.3 inches in height. It weighs 35.2 pounds, providing a stable base that resists tipping. The heavy-duty metal construction supports active use, including scenarios where pets or children might interact with the seat. The 360-degree rolling casters glide across both carpets and hard floors. This mobility lets you move easily between your desk, entertainment area, or living space.
In daily use, the adjustable headrest targets neck fatigue. The massage lumbar pillow addresses waist soreness during long gaming or work sessions. When you need to relax, you can extend the retractable footrest. This feature allows you to lean back fully and stretch your legs. The entire seat, including the footrest, is covered in PU leather. This material is easy to clean; you only need to wipe it with a soft cloth to maintain its appearance. The design supports various activities, from focused study to casual media consumption.
Things To Check Before Buying
Before you finalize your purchase, consider the space this chair requires. Its footprint is 31.5 inches by 24.8 inches. Ensure your desk area accommodates the extended footrest without blocking pathways. Check your floor type against the listed rolling casters. While they glide on carpets and hard surfaces, heavy rugs may impede movement. The PU leather upholstery needs simple maintenance. Wipe it with a soft cloth to remove dust and spills. This prevents material degradation over time. This model sits apart from standard office chairs due to its massage and recline features. If you need a neutral aesthetic for a shared home office, the black finish blends well. However, if you prioritize strict ergonomic adjustability for posture correction, other options in the 1 chairs reviewed may offer more precise lumbar mechanics. Verify that the 35.2-pound weight suits your moving needs. This chair is built for stability, not portability.
Check before you buy
- Measure your desk clearance for the extended footrest.
